Will Millennials Sign up for Obamacare?

One of the cornerstones of the Affordable Care Act is the mandate for all individuals to purchase health insurance.    For the math to work, young, healthy persons must sign up (and pay higher prices) to subsidize health insurance for older, sick and citizens.  So, what happens if the younger crowd just refuses to play along?
